Dr. Christopher Jackson, bass, is the Director of Choral Activities at Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, where he conducts three choirs, including an internationally touring ensemble, as well as the Lycoming Baroque Choir and Orchestra. Christopher has appeared as a guest conductor for numerous engagements, most recently including the Pennsylvania Region 3 High School Honor's Chorus Festival, and the PA Columbia-Montour County Chorus High School Festival. As a vocalist, Christopher has sung with The Tucson Chamber Artists, the Dallas Symphony Orchestra Chorus and Santa Fe Desert Chorale, and The South Dakota Chorale, as well as solo engagements with The Bach Choir of Bethlehem, The Denton Bach Society, Tulsa Signature Symphony and The Spoleto Festival USA. Christopher is a co-founder and bass in the new one-per part early music ensemble, Earthshine Consort. In addition to a full season with Skylark Vocal Ensemble this year, he is looking forward to joining the roster of Kinnara Ensemble in the spring of 2016.
