INAUGURAL PERFORMANCES WITH THE CAPE SYMPHONY

Join Cape Symphony Artistic Director & Conductor Jung-Ho Pak and Skylark Artistic Director Matthew Guard for a stirring celebration of the genius of Johann Sebastian Bach and his influence on music over the last 400 years. The GRAMMY®-nominated artists of Skylark will join instrumentalists of the Cape Symphony to present a mesmerizing mix of Bach’s most famous concertos, chorales, and cantatas, as well as to explore several stunning modern re-interpretations of Bach’s works (including performances by Skylark of arrangements by Ward Swingle, founder of the Swingle Singers). You are sure to be entertained, moved, and exhilarated by this “back and forth” between two premier musical organizations.
